A teacher's name and relevant credentials will appear beside any questions or content they create, so every contribution is fully attributed.

The form asks for your role, VCE studies and relevant experience.
No CV, profile link or registration number is needed at this first stage.
Verification details are requested later, when they are relevant to a defined contribution.
