When they are stuck
A place to ask the next question
Tutorbear helps students work through a topic, connect it to their own notes and check what they understood.
Polarbear gives secondary students somewhere to practise, get actionable feedback and find a clearer next step - so support at home can feel calmer.

Built in Melbourne with students at the centre

The parent benefit is not another dashboard to watch. It is giving your student a useful place to go when they need an explanation, feedback or focused practice.
When they are stuck
Tutorbear helps students work through a topic, connect it to their own notes and check what they understood.
When feedback takes too long
Essay Marking highlights strengths, gaps and concrete next steps while the work is still fresh in their mind.
When revision feels random
Exam Cram turns a topic into focused questions, explanations and another chance to improve the answer.
Three everyday study jobs, shown with real product screens. No invented grade gains and no parent-monitoring theatre.
Students can bring in their own notes, ask follow-up questions and turn an explanation into a quick knowledge check. It is a workspace for active study, not a parent-facing chat log.

The student sees an overall result, criterion-level detail and highlighted comments alongside the essay, making the next edit easier to identify.

Focused questions show whether an idea has landed and explain the result immediately, so revision can keep moving without waiting for the next class.

STEP 01
An essay, a topic, a set of notes or a practice question.
STEP 02
Ask, practise, upload or write inside the student's own account.
STEP 03
See an explanation, criterion detail or targeted correction.
STEP 04
Revise the answer, revisit the idea or move to another topic.
“Having my written responses marked is incredible... the targeted questions let me focus on the areas where I need the most help.”
Parents should not need to decode vague “safe AI” badges. Here is what Polarbear can honestly say today.
It can make mistakes. Important answers should be checked, and Polarbear does not replace a teacher or guarantee an academic result.
There is no linked parent dashboard today. Parents do not receive access to a student's work or Tutorbear conversations.
Stripe processes payment-card details. Polarbear keeps subscription and transaction information, not the full card number.
The experience is designed around older students developing independence, with Australian senior-secondary tools and content.
The student creates and uses their own Polarbear account. Current plan inclusions, price, billing cadence and terms are shown in the app before Stripe checkout.
Their learning history and access stay attached to their login.
Review the exact tier, inclusions, total and renewal before paying.
Billing and cancellation controls are available from subscription settings.
Straight answers about AI, account ownership, payment and privacy.
No. Polarbear is a supplementary study tool. It can help a student practise, organise material and get feedback between classes, but important academic decisions and AI-generated answers should still be checked with trusted teaching material or an educator.
Yes. Like any AI system, Polarbear can produce incomplete or inaccurate output. The product is designed to support learning rather than guarantee that every answer is correct, and students should verify high-stakes information.
No. There is not currently a linked parent dashboard or a way for a parent to read a student's Tutorbear conversations. The learning workspace is accessed through the student's own login.
Paid plans are selected from the student's signed-in Polarbear account and completed through Stripe. A separate parent billing account, family plan and gift workflow are not currently available, so the account holder should review the exact plan, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.
Yes. Students can start with Polarbear's free plan and explore the free study tools on this website. Current paid-plan inclusions and prices are shown inside the Polarbear app before purchase.
Polarbear is designed primarily for secondary-school students. It offers Australian senior-secondary tools for VCE, HSC, QCE and WACE; availability and subject coverage vary by tool.
Not currently. Polarbear is designed for secondary-school students, but the platform does not currently verify age or collect parental consent. Parents and students should review the Privacy Policy together before creating an account.
Stripe processes payment-card details; Polarbear does not store the full card number. Polarbear collects account, learning-content and usage data to provide and improve the service. AI, cloud, analytics, email and payment providers may process this data, including overseas. Polarbear does not sell or rent personal information. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
The account holder can initiate cancellation in Polarbear's subscription settings and use the Stripe billing portal for billing management. The current price, billing cadence and applicable terms should be reviewed at checkout.
