How the QCE ATAR works

Your ATAR comes from your best five scaled subject results. QTAC applies inter-subject scaling to your raw results (out of 100), adds your best five into a subject aggregate, and ranks every student to assign the ATAR. You must satisfactorily complete an English subject to be eligible, but English only counts if it’s one of your best five.
