SACE Results & ATAR Release 2026 (SA)
SACE results are released on a date in mid-December 2026 (to be confirmed), and the SA ATAR on the same day as your SACE results (mid-December 2026, to be confirmed).
When your SACE results come out
a date in mid-December 2026 (to be confirmed). SACE and NTCET results are released through SACE Students Online. The SACE Board confirms the exact 2026 date on its results calendar later in the year — in 2025 results were released on Monday 15 December at 8:30am ACDT — so treat mid-December as provisional until then. You'll need your SACE registration number and PIN.
When your ATAR comes out
the same day as your SACE results (mid-December 2026, to be confirmed). Your ATAR and Tertiary Entrance Statement (TES) are calculated by SATAC and appear in SACE Students Online at the same time as your SACE results — the same day, not separately. The TES also shows your scaled scores and your university aggregate. Your ATAR is a rank between 0 and 99.95, worked out from your SACE results — see how the SACE ATAR is calculated.
What happens next
- Change of preference with SATAC stays open into early January, so you can adjust your university preferences after you receive your ATAR.
